I use the Tallow every time I fry anything. I really love frying potatoes in the Tallow, amazing flavor.
I purchased the lard to use when baked my and I haven't baked anything yet. My question is why is there Rosemary in the lard? Not 100% sure if I'm not allergic to Rosemary.
