Shipping policy

All shipments are shipped on Monday afternoons for the prior week's orders. The cutoff date for shipment on Mondays is 12:00pm CST on the prior Friday. All orders placed after 12:00pm CST on Fridays will be sent on the following shipment unless an exception can be made.

Please also note that we maintain normal business hours of 8-5pm CST Monday through Friday, so it is likely requests made over the weekend may not be addressed until Monday mornings.
