The easiest crispy chicken & potatoes

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and give it a spray with Wagyu Beef Tallow Cooking Spray.
  • In a bowl, toss halved baby potatoes with minced garlic, a dollop of Wagyu Beef Tallow, salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of fresh thyme. Spread them out on the sheet pan.
  • Pat chicken breasts dry. Rub them with a mixture of smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Place on the sheet pan alongside the potatoes. 
  • Toss cherry tomatoes and onion slices with Wagyu Beef Tallow and season with salt and pepper. Add to sheet pan.
  • Roast for about 30 minutes. The chicken should reach an internal temp of 165°F, and potatoes crispy. Halfway through, spray again with Wagyu Beef Tallow to keep chicken moist and add crispness.
