I have used my tallow for frying my tacos and they came out nice and crispy. Beautiful brown shells. Flavor was outstanding.
When opening the lid, I could smell instantly, a very unpleasant smell. It also affected the taste of my meal. Very disappointed in smell and flavor of product. It's almost like it needed to be rendered more???
I use the Tallow every time I fry anything. I really love frying potatoes in the Tallow, amazing flavor.
