Not bad, not epic.

Honestly, I feel like this is overpriced for what it is. I was expecting a somewhat bigger container, like a Crisco-sized one, but this is smaller than that. Also to me, it tastes and smells kind of like burger grease scraped off my Blackstone when I make smashburgers (and I'm not using high-end ground beef). Not bad by any means, but nothing epic. If you are getting this thinking you are going to turn that cheap Walmart steak into a Japanese Waygu A5 filet mignon, don't kid yourself. Is it bad? No, it's pretty decent actually. Is it life-changing and epic? Also no. I'd say it's probably mediocre based on how much it costs. I will definitely use it in my food, but to me it's just not worth the cost and I won't be buying it again.
