Ingredients:
● 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
● 1 small wheel brie (8-12 oz)
● 2 tbsp fruit preserves
● South Chicago Packing Wagyu Beef Tallow Cooking Spray
● Crackers, for serving
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly flour a work surface and roll out the puff pastry. Place the brie wheel in the center of the pastry.
2. Fold the pastry edges up and over the brie, pinching seams to fully seal.
3. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet and lightly coat the pastry with Wagyu Beef Tallow Cooking Spray.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed.
5. Let cool for 5 minutes. Top with fruit preserves and serve warm with crackers.
Tip: For an extra-special presentation, add a thin layer of fruit preserves, chopped pecans, or walnuts on top of the brie before wrapping it in the puff pastry.
