I just added this at the last minute to my shopping cart and so glad I did. The night it arrived I sprayed this on a grilled cheese best grilled cheese ever.
Received product at end of April. It leaked out of the box it came in. It leaked all over the container. There is no lid on the container. I’ve emailed [****] several times. Used the contact form several times. To date- I have only received one email asking for pictures which I have sent several times with no response. Guess I’ll dispute the 40$ I paid and buy from their competitor.
I really hate leaving a review like this because I genuinely love this company and the quality of their products. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered eight containers of the Wagyu Beef Tallow, but instead received the Angus tallow, which is not what I wanted or paid for.
The most frustrating part has been the complete lack of customer service. There is no customer service email available, so I submitted a detailed message through their website including my order number and explanation of the issue. I never received a response. I followed up again and still heard absolutely nothing back.
The product quality itself is excellent, which makes this even more disappointing. A company selling premium products should also provide premium customer support. Mistakes happen, but ignoring customers trying to resolve an order issue is unacceptable. I truly hope they improve their communication and support because the products deserve better customer service behind them.
I love frying my french fries or making potatoes & onions in my Wagu tallow! It was a mixup at first but Natalie got me straight with no hesitation! I will be buying from them again.
