In both liquid and solid form, Beef Tallow has a naturally high smoke point of 400+°F, which makes it an ideal frying oil when compared to non-animal fats such as vegetable oils and butter. It is the perfect fat for frying French fries, chicken, fish, and other foods.

SCP All Fry can be used independently in the fryer or as a starter shortening to aid in quick and efficient melting of a solid cube shortening. The pourable jib also allows for ease of use in an Auto Top-Off capable deep fryer, which promotes safety and efficiency for restaurants and their employees.


SCP collects product performance data on a continual basis. Independent external studies, internal fry tests, and customer data consistently show that SCP All Fry™ has up to 2x the fry life compared to soybean oil.
